Note that change in laptop design in recent years may mean that a main-board would need to be removed to access a keyboard for instance, conceivably invalidating any remaining warranty and/or potentially making a fix 'beyond economical repair'. To that end, if enquring please ensure that you iclude all details, e.g. the laptop make and model as well as the original operating system pre-installed by the manufacturer.

There is no standard out-of-hours service after 6:00pm, please see: CALLOUT. Otherwise by arrangement: Mon-Fri, Saturday AM/PM. Sunday, Bank Holidays are charged at a much higher rate but we may all the same be happy to take in work early evenings, weekends and holiday periods at normal rates.
