Problem Solving
Time taken problem solving PC issues is not charged. Working largely in a mobile capacity call-out can all the same take up valuable time, so while we operate a no fix, no fee policy, we must invoice a minimum half-hour engineers' fee for a site visit though this will of course be offset against conceivable repair costs.
